About Our CEO & Company Founder
You Can Count on Us
In 2019, Jordan R. Freese, the Founder & CEO split from working for Marriott International the largest Hotel Group Worldwide to create and build his own Hotel empire at the age of 24. His background is in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management with a concentration in Hotels & Tourism. He is a part of the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Culinarian as well as a James Beard Foundation Scholarship group Finalist.
Jordan started his career as at the age of 18 working as an Summer Intern Baker at a local bakery called Brevan's Patisserie. He then did a short period of time in fast food, realizing that he was better suited for other positions. He then began as a Busser for a local Country Club in Edwardsville Illinois. He found himself moving up the ranks in the field becoming a Server and then a Banquet Captain, while finishing up his degree in Culinary Arts. He was also a Server and Cook at Kingside Diner in the Central West End of St. Louis, Missouri. After graduating, with honors, Jordan became one of the Top Staffing, Sales & Marketing Managers for LGC Associates.
Jordan decided to take his skills to the next level and become a entry-level Supervisor for Marriott International at the age of 21. After his first year with Marriott Jordan had moved up to becoming the youngest Assistant Banquet Manager at the age of 22.
After being promoted once again, He had risen to the top of the chain working for an Autograph Collection as an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and Banquet Operations. At the age of 23 He once again become the youngest Assistant Director of Food & Beverage Marriott had ever since. To this day Jordan has become the youngest Hotel Group CEO's out there.
J&J Hospitality Group was created with one goal in mind for their guests. They wanted to build a company that offered our guests a comfortable, affordable and all around spectacular stay while traveling.
